Preparing, Maintaining, and Submitting the Statistics as per the requirements of the Management and Ministry of Health and Scanning Outpatients Files in EMR.
- Receiving reports from OPD.
- Scanned &Update all received records from the computer
- Maintain the Ministry of Health Forms in the System
- Collect the data from various department in the prescribed format
- Enter the data in the system for the retrieval on the daily / weekly / monthly
- Send the statistical Report to the concerned Govt. Department as per the instruction
- Maintain the log sheet/ register for the submission of report
- Prepare the administrative statistics as per the requirement
- Submit to the concerned on regular basis
- Make a follow-up checking of missing records
- Entertain incoming phone calls with a proper attitude and response immediately
- All other duties assigned by MRD Supervisor
- Prepare any statistics upon the request from the companies and govt. agencies
- Evaluate each scanned records
- Check all loose or misplaced report in the patient records if they were properly mounted in the mount sheet and arrange them in the chronological order;
- Ensure all documents in every patient record audited so as to avoid further loose of these documents;
- Coordinates with the other MRD assistants for all the needed patient records;
- Participates on educational programs relative to Medical records functions;
- Performs other related works as per the instruction of the Medical record Officer; and
- Performs duties as infection control facilitator in medical records department.
- To send reports to the patients as per request
- Prepare Sick leave and submit to DHA through online.
- A college graduate preferably with a Medical Record Technician course.
- A minimum of two or more years of experience in MRD.
- Computer Literacy.
- Excellent command of oral and written English. Knowledge in Arabic is desirable but not essential.
- Performance Criteria:

- Achievement of Core objectives in line with the expectations of the Management and stakeholders
- Ability to work constructively and interact professionally with others
- Ability to coordinate multiple task, adjust to changing priorities and work within deadlines.
- Ability to attend to meetings outside of normal business hours
