Dubai, United Arab Emirates Property Guru Real Estate Broker Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or lists.

**Customer Engagement**: Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner, answering their inquiries and providing detailed information about our real estate offerings.

**Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads for our real estate services.

**Appointment Scheduling**: Schedule appointments for interested clients to meet with our real estate agents or visit properties.

**Database Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and information using CRM software.

**Follow-Up**: Follow up with clients who have shown interest but have not yet committed to our services.

**Target Achievement**: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outbound calls, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.

**Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the real estate market, current property listings, and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, tele-calling, or a similar role, especially in the real estate sector, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.
- Strong persuasion & negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Knowledge of real estate industry terminology and trends is an advantage.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
