Job Title: Customer Success Intern
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the implementation of our inventory management software system for F&B Back of the house operations in restaurants
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, gather data, and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation process
- Train clients on how to use the software system effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Continuously improve the implementation process to increase efficiency and quality
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in implementing Back of the house systems for restaurants
- Prior experience working with companies like Revel, Foodics, Oracle, Micros, Pet Pooja, Posit
- Strong project management skills with experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with clients and internal teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with SaaS-based software systems and cloud-based technologies
- Deep understanding of the F&B industry and inventory management practices
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
