Sales Assistant

GCT is looking for a **FEMALE** Sales Assistant to join their team.
- Provide support and assistance to Sales Manager.
- Manages client communication and relationship
- Follow up on quotation and order status, includes interacting with the client and other department as needed to finalize the order.
- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
- Monitoring delivery schedule
- Preparing Sales Report on monthly basis
- Follow up with forwarders and shipping companies
- Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers

**Skills**:

- Understanding of sales administration processes, such as quoting, proforma Invoices, shipping etc.
- Experience in negotiating with customers and demonstrated ability to achieve a win outcome.
- Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Export & Import: min 2 years (required)
- Thorough knowledge on Supply chain & Logistics Procurement: 2 years (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 2 years (required)
- Sales assistant: 3 years (required)
- Supply chain (Export/Import): 2 years (preferred)
