**As the Country Head for UAE, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business within the region. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to increase market penetration, drive sales, and achieve revenue targets.**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape within the education technology sector in [Country].**

**2. **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers, expand our client base, and increase market share.**

**3. **Business Development**: Forge strong partnerships with educational institutions, government agencies, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders to drive business growth and collaboration opportunities.**

**4. **Team Leadership**: Build and lead a high-performing sales and business development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve individual and team targets.**

**5. **Revenue Generation**: Drive revenue growth through effective pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance tracking against targets.**

**6. **Customer Engagement**: Foster strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.**

**7. **Product Advocacy**: Serve as a brand ambassador for [Company Name], promoting our products and solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.**

**8. **Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategic plans and initiatives for the [Country] market, aligned with the company's overall objectives and vision.**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.**
**- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or leadership roles within the education technology industry.**
**- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence.**
**- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards common goals.**
**- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.**
**- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex market dynamics and develop actionable insights.**
**- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and driving business impact.**

**Compensation**:

- This is a commission-based role with a competitive commission structure based on sales performance and revenue targets.**

Pay: AED2,004.47 - AED15,000.00 per month
