Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare timely and accurate management reports, including monthly financial statements, budget vs. actual analysis, and variance reports
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets and forecast financial performance
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts on a regular basis
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial reporting and analysis
- Support the month-end and year-end close process
- Provide support for external audits and tax filings
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or CMA certification is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
