Skilled Tech Solutions, is a leading security and surveillance solutions company providing innovative security, Smart Systems, ELV, and CCTV surveillance solutions using video analytics, and AI.

We are looking for immediate hiring for the following position Sales Person to be based out of Abu Dhabi.

The Sales Person should have at least 3 years of experience in Abu Dhabi and have established good relationships with consultants and key decision-makers of surveillance and infrastructure projects all across Abu Dhabi.

Main Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads, build and develop new client relationships
- Schedule meetings with customers to introduce Skilled Tech Solutions and how its services will benefit clients' businesses.

Prepare proposals and quotations and assist in the preparation and submission of tenders
- Consistently and systematically follow up with customers to convert proposals into orders
- Process orders including final costing, and supplier orders, and coordinate with logistics and the technical team on issues relating to delivery, installation, and project completions
- Routinely meeting customers to address any issues related to delivery and installation
- Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved through timely projects completion, professionalism, and efficiency
- Track all sales activities in company CRM by updating daily to maintain a clear sales pipeline.
- Prepare internal weekly reports, forecasting, and other routine reports on a timely basis and as requested from time to time by the divisional Head
- Ensure good relations are maintained with customers, suppliers, and all members of staff at all levels
- Adherence to the Quality Management System procedures and its performance

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of Sales / Sales Engineer experience in Low Current Security Systems
- Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
- Should be goal-driven and target oriented
- Possess a thorough understanding of gross margin, costing, and budgeting.
- Must possess strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation abilities.
- Possess sufficient knowledge of Low Current Systems like Access Control, CCTV, Gate Barrier, Intruder Alarm Systems, Video Analytics, Smart Systems, etc.
- Must have a valid UAE driving license
- Preferred to have a car.
- Must Have UAE Driving License
- age from 23 to 30 years.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
