**Position Purpose**

The Demand Planning Trainee will support the Demand Planning Team for all actions related to the Forecast, Replenishment, Stock Balancing and Stores Opening at Sephora ME for all the region (5 countries).

**Key Accountabilities**

**Stock Balancing**

Assist the Demand planning Team by doing:

- Analysis of the overstock and needs by store and country
- Definition of the stock balancing between stores
- Tracking with Logistic Team the execution of the stock balancing

**Launches**

Assist the Demand planning Team by doing:

- Opening order calculation based on Sell Out forecast and Supply Chain Parameters
- Tracking of the orders to secure the On Counter Date

**Stores Opening**

Assist the Demand planning Team by doing:

- Opening order calculation based on Store Benchmark Supply Chain Parameters
- Tracking of the orders to secure the Opening of the Store
