- Increase company awareness in the real estate market.

**Skills**
- We are looking for a person with successful experience in real estate;
- Have experience in team building and leadership experience in the real estate industry;
- We are interested in a person who is focused on great financial results;
- Have the skills of business and personal communications, as well as negotiations of various levels of complexity;
- You are self-organized and punctual, ambitious and stress-resistant, energetic and mobile, responsible and purposeful;
- You know how to influence the team’s results;
- English level C2;
- Have knowledge about the real estate market in the UAE;
- Know how to work with personal motivation of employees;
- Experience in building and regulating business processes is a plus;
- Self-discipline, punctuality, ability to work with large volumes of information and documents, customer focus, ability to train and lead a team, positive sales attitude.

**FUNCTIONS**:

- Formation of a real estate sales department, employee training, control and management of the department (purchase and sale, consultations, selection of objects, viewings, document analysis, transaction support);
- Organization of active sales of real estate from developers;
- Development of the client base and implementation of the sales plan;
- Development and implementation of a development strategy;
- Organization of the department’s work (setting tasks and monitoring their implementation);
- Adaptation and mentoring of new employees;
- Assistance in organizing and conducting real estate purchase and sale transactions;
- Conducting meetings;
- Visiting sites and organizing broker tours;
- Work in the CRM system;
- Achieve high results and sales targets;
- Planning and reporting on the current activities of the department.

**Working conditions**:

- 7000 Salary +%
- Official resident visa
- Comfortable office in the Business Bay, parking, mobile phone payment, laptop
- Sales training

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 per month
