**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar.
- Assist with the preparation of property listings, reports, and marketing materials.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area is neat and organized.
- Maintain and update client and property databases.
- Support real estate agents with administrative tasks such as document preparation and filing.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is a must.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, preferably in real estate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with real estate ERP & CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
