This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent opportunity employed by our client.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Aiding the technical team with all aspects of design development.
- Support the design development of projects from concept to completion.
- Assist on all drawing packages using Revit, BIM 360, Auto CAD, and other drawings
- production base program to ensure full coordination and technical excellence are achieved prior to issue
- Create detailed design drawings
- Prepares final drawings by studying Architectural and Engineering sketches and supporting documents;
- Developing a layout of the project, components, and parts; drawing multiple views of the project, components, depicting the relationship of components and parts; identifying dimensions, angles, curvatures, tolerances, and materials.
- Coordinate all information throughout the entire project.
- Modifies drawings as per Architects' and Engineers' instructions.
- Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information and conferring with Architects and Engineers.
- Support for all local authority compliance and code compliance.

BIM Technologist (Interiors) Experience:

- BSc In Architecture or Interior Design
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant career experience in Architecture
- Experience in Revit, BIM 360, Auto CAD, and other drawing production base programs
- Ability to work well within a team of other professionals
- Familiarity with 3D drawings modeling-based programs
- Requirements Analysis, Deadline-Oriented, Self-Motivated, Design Skills, Analyzing Information
- Ensure adequate English to ensure correct spelling and grammar on all documentation.
