Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving workplace conflicts and grievances.
- Foster a positive working environment and ensure adherence to company culture and values.
- Training & Development:
- Coordinate training programs and development initiatives for employee skill enhancement.
- Track employee progress and identify future training needs.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Assist in payroll management and ensure timely salary disbursements.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, bonuses, and leave policies.
- Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure company HR policies comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Keep records of personnel-related data, such as payroll, personal information, and performance evaluations.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee employee performance appraisals and feedback processes.
- Support managers in setting goals and ensuring employees meet performance standards.
- HR Metrics & Reporting:
- Maintain and update HR metrics, including employee turnover, absenteeism, and workforce demographics.
- Prepare HR reports for management review.

**Required Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- In-depth understanding of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in an HR role ( 3-5+ years).
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
Personal Attributes:
- High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive, with a solutions-driven approach to HR challenges.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
