We are seeking a talented and creative Pastry Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for crafting exquisite desserts, pastries, and baked goods that delight our customers and enhance our menu offerings. You will work closely with the executive chef and kitchen staff to ensure quality, creativity, and consistency in all pastry-related dishes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and prepare a wide variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Develop new recipes and enhance current menu offerings based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Ensure consistency in presentation, taste, and quality of all pastries and baked goods.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment following health and safety standards.
- Manage inventory of pastry-related ingredients and coordinate with suppliers for fresh ingredients.
- Oversee and train junior staff or pastry assistants as needed.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create custom cakes, pastries, and desserts for special occasions and events.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker.
- Expertise in baking techniques, pastry making, and dessert presentation.
- Creativity in developing new and innovative desserts.
- Strong knowledge of various ingredients, baking methods, and cooking techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
