Buisness Development Manager

Overview: As a Business Development Manager a Titan Global Marketing Services LLC, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the iGaming industry. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to drive business success.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the iGaming industry through market research, networking, and lead generation.
2. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our market presence and increase revenue streams.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including gaming operators, software providers, affiliates, and other industry stakeholders.
4. Negotiate and close partnership agreements, licensing deals, and other business arrangements to drive growth and revenue.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
7. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
8. Represent [Company Name] at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and forge strategic partnerships.
9. Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
10. Uphold the company's values and standards of integrity, professionalism, and excellence in all business dealings.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
2. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles within the iGaming industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of the iGaming industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
4. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Experience with business intelligence tools is a plus.
8. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
**9.Minimum 3 years Maximum 5+ experience required.**
**10.Hindi communication mandatory.**
