**_Job Description:_**:

- _Draft and Edit completed work for grammar, spelling and punctuation of English based format documents._
- _Gather and organize typing material_
- _Create spreadsheets and presentations, combining various data from existing files_
- _Maintain physical and digital filing systems_
- _Scan and print files, as needed_
- _Take notes at meetings with managers and others to create detailed texts_
- _Ensuring that the office supplies are maintained and informing the supervisor of any issues or requirements._
- _Keep information confidential in accordance with security policies_

**_Job Requirements:_**:

- _BA degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science, information technology, computer science, office management, or other related fields_
- _Computer training or certification is a plus._
- _Minimum of 4/6 years’ experience as office Secretary, Office Management._

**_Skills Required_**
- _Proven work experience as a Typist_
- _Experience using data recorders and optical scanners_
- _Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets_
