**Can you think out of the box to improve buzz around one of the strongest brands in the world?**

We are looking for a high-calibre expert in PR, Communications & Events who can generate effective PR for various consumer events / product launches and develop strong relationships with media/influencers - with the objective to that attract and inspire our consumers and shoppers.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Build the brand reputation and create a clear understanding of the LEGO brand, LEGO play experience and the unique value proposition LEGO play.
- Developing REEMEA PR strategies to support earned executions in REEMEA (PR, Events, Influencers).
- Representing “Earned” as part of REEMEA OESP workstreams - improving collaboration and ways of working from global to the local
- Representing the brand to a broad range of external customers; this includes being a contact for media (where/when needed) and being a primary contact for local PR/marketing representatives, and local PR agencies
- Driving standard methodology performance across REEMEA BUs through thorough performance analysis, including the implementation and management of ‘Earned’ measurement.
- Leading and running the REEMEA PR Forum, ensuring a strong link in with our global corporate communications teams
- Supporting and implementing activities related to internal communication and events and partnering with the REEMEA Market Group lead in matters related to both internal and external communication

In this role, you will drive implementation of global & regional strategy, you will oversee and guide the execution of world-leading ‘earned’ campaigns across a wide range of channels in Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, and African markets

**Do you have what it takes?**
- Related experience in PR, communications, and events with demonstrated track record in generating and maintaining relationships.
- Able to demonstrate strong communications skills, writing ability in English.
- Understanding of media needs and relationships.
- Results orientation.
- Strong collaborator both in internal cross-functional teams and with external collaborators, such as agencies and other partners located in many different markets and cultures.
- Proactive, reliable, resourceful, data-driven, with a positive mindset and excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent English in speaking and writing
