- **Position Overview**:_
- **Manager Responsibilities**:_

Organization of the sports club's operations with subsequent expansion;
Development of enrollment plans, sales plans, monitoring of incoming leads, conversions, LTV, attendance, profitability of classes, and other metrics;
Selection of trainers - forming a database of trainers and development programs;
Interviewing, selection, team creation;
Organization and participation in the development, approval of educational plans and programs in accordance with educational standards; regulatory documents: job descriptions; workload distribution, vacations;
Organization of the process with contractors for one-time events and procurement;
Compilation of reports and statistics;
Development of regulations, instructions, staff motivation system;
Control and organization of reception administrators' work;
Assistance in managing the sales department, adjusting sales scripts, sales manager control;
Execution of management tasks.
- **Requirements**:_

Desirable: experience as a manager in a sports club, preferably of premium format.

Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
Desirable higher education in management or related field.

Ability to work in a multitasking environment;
Knowledge of teaching methods, preparation of educational materials (curricula, training programs, schedules, etc.);
Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably **GloFox**.

Possession of flexible and creative thinking;
Experience in collaborating with sports organizations;
Ability to formulate technical tasks for marketers, programmers, administrators, trainers;
Ability to work in a multitasking environment;
Ability to establish communication with clients.
- **Conditions**:_

Work schedule **5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00**;
Work in a premium club on the Palm (until May - until opening - work in the Business Bay office);
**Salary from 10,000-12,000 AED plus KPI** (bonus up to 25,000 AED upon plan completion).

**Salary**: From AED10,000.00 per month
