**Purpose of the role**:
The Junior Food Cost Controller will be responsible for assisting the Cost Control Manager. Based in the central kitchen (Dubai Investment Park), s/he will need to record information and produce control ‎reports periodically to maintain a suitable inventory of food and beverage items.

**Key Areas**:Inventory/Purchase/Sales/Data Entry.

**Job Description.**

Ø Prepare the consolidated production list.

Ø Create Fuel Up, Spring sales order.

Ø Produces batch items and production articles for inventory transaction purposes.

Ø Convert the Purchase order into GRN for invoicing purpose.

Ø Convert the outlet Sales order into Sales invoices.

Ø Convert the FU, KMP, Kcal Lunch and Spring Sales order to invoices.

Ø Cross check the FU, KMP, Kcal Lunch and Spring TDO with invoice raised.

Ø Enter/Issuing manual Delivery Note, Sales invoice/Credit note for catering upon request.

Ø Verify/revise the outlet invoices.

Ø Verify the raised sales invoice pricing based on individual price structure.

Ø Input the raw data to inventory system
- Transfer in/out, sales order/Sales invoice, Food tasting & wastage.

Ø Enter Staff meal usage list from kitchen to system.

Ø Transfer the stock count sheet to excel file and enter the data to inventory system.

Ø Conducting yield checking, Portion control, utilization of raw materials.

Ø Update and maintain the excel template for day today’s work related.

Ø Cross check the outlet’s physical wastage with the system report.

Ø Organize/Filing the document accordingly.

Ø Coordinate with internal department across the requirements.

Ø Any other task assigned by Manager.

**Professional Requirements**:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.

Ø At least 2 years of experience in the F&B sector in the U.A.E

Ø Expertise in MS Excel and Inventory Systems.

Ø Excellent communication skills in English.

**Interpersonal Requirements**:
Ø Ability to work under pressure.

Ø Highly organized.

Ø Proactive and driven, self-starter.

Ø Team player.

Ø Time management and planning skills.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 per month
