**How you can make your mark**:
You will make your mark as facilities coordinator at our Abu Dhabi branch office. You will look after the reception desk, welcome customers/visitors, and attend all calls promptly and professionally. In addition, you will be responsible for running and supervising the company's bachelor apartments. Oversee all activities and movement at the apartments, make sure that health and safety standards are met, and arranging for repairs and maintenance when needed.

The facilities coordinator will be stationed at the reception desk at our Abu Dhabi office but will have to visit the bachelor apartments, as and when required.

**Your responsibilities as a facilities coordinator are**
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties as needed.
- Coordinate with HR Department regarding the accommodation requirements for newly arriving associates. This could include searching, securing, and furnishing new apartments.
- Ensure the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the bachelor accommodation is maintained by carrying out regular spot checks. Coordinating with the landlord/property management for repair and maintenance, as needed.
- Maintain files on all apartments to include full apartment inventory, maintenance records and loss/damage reports.
- Application and monitoring of all utilities and timely renewal/termination of tenancy contracts.

**Your qualities and experience**
You can make your mark as a facilities coordinator if you have:

- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- At least 1 - 3 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in a multinational company, multicultural environment.
- Experience in MS Office (excellent Excel skills).
- Good listening skills and ability to anticipate
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Customer oriented approach.
