Dubai, United Arab Emirates Mind Detect Full time

A rapidly growing next-gen financial ecosystem platform that is bringing financial inclusion to the masses is searching for a** CTO **to join their exceptional team. This position can be based in either **Dubai**, or remotely in **Europe**.

We’re looking for an outstanding technology/engineering leader who is inspirational, can thrive in a fast paced company, and build a world-class engineering team building the best fintech products on the market.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business objectives
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technology solutions
- Manage the technology team, including recruiting, training, and development
- Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners
- Ensure that the technology infrastructure is secure, scalable, and reliable
- Drive innovation and research new technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with other executives and stakeholders to align technology with business needs
- Develop and manage the technology budget

**Qualifications**
- BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, including experience managing a team of experienced engineers
- Exceptional knowledge of tech stacks including Java, Spring, Liquibase, Angular, Kotlin, Swift.
- Exceptional knowledge of software architecture, including microservices, APIs, buses, queues, and databases
- Exceptional knowledge of cloud infrastructure including AWS, Azure, and Oracle
- Solid understanding of CI/CD processes, DevOps operations, auto-scaling approaches, and blue green deployment
- Experience in agile development methodologies and project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a fintech or financial services company is a plus
