We are looking for a Part time Admin(female-flpino) to manage admin activities, issuing visas and familiarity with UAE laws, experience in accounting preferred.
**Requirements and skills**
- 3 years work experience required in admin position.
- Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Must be familiar with UAE laws and issuing visas
- Book meetings and schedule events
- Order office stationery and supplies
- Maintain internal databases
- Submit expense reports
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Prepare regular reports and presentations
- Must be in office for 2 working days(no remote work)
- Must have own visa
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
