**Summary**: The Visual Merchandising Manager proactively monitors and manages execution of deliverables through all project phases and across internal and external teams both globally and domestically mitigating roadblocks to ensure successful delivery.

**Requirements**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- The Visual Merchandising Manager uses broad expertise and unique knowledge to develop and lead the most complex projects, from scoping, to implementation and deployment.
- Based in Huda Beauty HQ to be the on-ground Huda Beauty representative reporting into the MEAI Marketing Manager, with a dotted line into the Senior Manager of Global VM.
- Main point of contact and leader of all regional projects from ideation to execution.
- Responsible for facilitating discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution with suppliers and all retailers, for each project.
- Lead all internal and external communications surrounding projects across teams in Middle East, India, Africa, South East Asia & Australia.
- The role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities and projects, including but not limited to:

- Complete permanent and temporary store fit management and facilitation
- Pop ups / window display management and facilitation
- Animation management and facilitation
- New product launch management and facilitation across all stores
- Merchandising in-store + In-store POS across all stores
- Maintenance reporting across all stores

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated critical-thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Works well independently and within a team environment.
- Senior-level understanding of process, project management and project management tools.
- Ability to initiate and manage cross-functional, globally distributed teams and multi-disciplinary projects (mainly between Dubai and Australia).
- Ability to develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including the ability to organize and track tasks and dependencies across multiple projects.
- Detailed understanding of technical build and production to support across design and delivery functions.
- Ability to assimilate information quickly and understand how it affects the project.
- Ability to proactively identify issues and provide resolution in a timely fashion.
- Ability to identify improvements to processes and procedures over time.
- Adaptable and tolerant of stressful situations. Ability to be a calming force to the overall project team, resolve conflicts and leady-by-example to deliver the project.
- Adheres to department processes and procedures, providing input on best practices and recommending changes as needed.
