**One of our client a leading company into construction and other diversified business is on look for to be Architectural BIM Modeler based in RAK.**

**Position: Architectural BIM Modeler**

**Location: RAK, UAE**

**RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES**1. Preparing LOD 300, LOD 400, & LOD 500 POD models2. Produce shop drawings and detail drawings from approved 3D model3. Prepare fabrication drawings based on the approved models, shop drawings and details.4. Ensuring all work are in accordance with the agreed schedules and submittal requiredmodeling and drawing standards.5. Analyze and report design issues and discrepancies6. Coordinating with external consultants7. Coordinate with procurement and production team.

**Education College Degree or Diploma in Architecture/Engineering**

**Knowledge, skills and abilities (Competencies)** Strong BIM/CAD skills using software such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 and AutoCAD 2D **Ability to use clash detection and document management software’s such as Navisworks and BIM360** Strong knowledge in architecture, engineering and construction, and understand basic ME systems.

**Create the 3D Model virtually for specific design discipline using Modeling Software: Revit**
- Preparing LOD 300, LOD 400 **Create families and tags and templates in Revit** Produce shop drawings and detail drawings from approved 3D model
- Experience **2-8 years**

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
