**Role Overview**:
Uqudo is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Administrator to support our Administration Manager in overseeing critical functions within our organisation. This is an entry-level opportunity that will allow you to gain exposure to multiple areas of our scaling SaaS start-up, including procurement, administration, and HR.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Aid in procurement processes and supplier management to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
- Support administrative functions, including facilities management, office operations, vendor relationships, commercial proposals, fundraising requests.
- Provide administrative support for insurance policies, claims management, and budgets for operational expenses.
- Perform receptionist duties when required.
- Complete administrative HR tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with all departments within the organisation.

**Qualifications**:

- UAE National
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in operations or administration.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- An organised and strategic thinker that can anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions.
- Experience working within a Technology company is a plus.
