We are looking for a call center / command manager to work for our client based in Dubai:
- UAE Driving License is a MUST.
- Preferably with working experienced in Amazon, Noon, Cafu or Parking Company.
- Preferably with IT Background Experience.
Having 5 - 10 years UAE Experience is required
Brief Job Description:
- Collecting and analyzing call center statistics (sales rates, cost, customer service, metrics).
- Develop monthly, quarterly and annual call center goals and action plans.
Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity or resources (people/technology, etc.).
**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- call center manager: 5 years (preferred)
- command center manager: 5 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- english (preferred)
- arabic (preferred)
License/Certification:
- UAE driving license (preferred)
