- **FIT OUT and JOINERY ESTIMATOR with knowledge in AUTO CAD.**

We are looking for an **Estimator for Fit Out and Joinery with **a minimum of 4 years UAE Experience. You will be preparing BOQ and estimating material requirements and choosing the most appropriate materials. You will also provide complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope.
- Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Maintains contact and relationships with private individuals and other organizations.
- Identifies labor, material, and time requirements.
- Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
- Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data.
- Continually updates technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing technical publications.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Profiency in written and spoken English communication.
- Good negotiation skills andproblem solving
- Commercial awareness
- Team working, relationship-building and influencing skills
- Organization and time management.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
