Chef de Partie for Pastry Section

Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by superiors to meet desired standards and quality
- Order, prep, and stock all needed common ingredients for all cooking stations
- Follow the guidance of the Head Chef, Sous Chef and Sr. CDP in the preparation and packaging of meals and the completion of daily tasks
- Abide by and enforce health codes and cleanliness standards in the kitchen and food storage areas
- Check for details and accuracy (garnish, portion size, correct serving packaging, etc.)
- Maintaining kitchen equipment and ensure that it is always operated safely.
- Estimates the daily station requirements and to place orders as per par levels set.
- Ensure that the team is always following the recipe cards correctly.
- Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times
- Daily feedback collection and reporting of issues as they arise
- Assess quality control and adherence of standards
- Anticipate and communicate shortages to the Sous chef or Head chef
- Carry out any other duties as required by management

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
