The Pastry Demi Chef de Partie at The DOSE by Silvena plays a crucial role in supporting the culinary team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional pastry dishes that reflect the restaurant's commitment to quality and creativity. Under the guidance of the Pastry Chef, the Demi Chef de Partie will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of various pastry items, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and contributing to the overall success of The DOSE by Silvena.

**Key Responsibilities**

Pastry Preparation:

- Assist in the preparation of a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to the recipes and standards set by the Pastry Chef.
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in pastry production.

Cooking and Presentation:

- Execute cooking and baking techniques with precision to achieve the desired taste, texture, and appearance of pastries.
- Contribute to the artistic presentation of pastries, maintaining consistency with the restaurant's aesthetic.

Quality Control:

- Monitor and uphold the high standards of quality and taste in all pastry items.
- Conduct regular tastings and evaluations to ensure consistency and make necessary adjustments.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the Pastry Chef and other kitchen staff to plan and organize pastry production schedules.
- Work closely with the culinary team to maintain a smooth flow of operations in the kitchen.

Hygiene and Safety:

- Adhere to strict hygiene, health, and safety guidelines in the kitchen.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following sanitation procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie or a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Culinary degree or relevant pastry certification.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and trends.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail in the presentation of pastries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
