**Job Description**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITES**
- Report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag on at all times.
- Understand and adhere to all fire emergency procedures.
- Aware of cost savings that need to be made according to the departmental objectives.
- Present and active in training sessions provided by the hotel.

**HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES STORE ROOMS**

**Administrational**
- Raise weekly / monthly store requisition through system.
- Report in writing all supplies which are not available to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager.
- Maintain and update all requisition records.
- Conduct inventory of cleaning equipment’s.
- Maintain and update the equipment’s record file.
- Support administrational tasks as required.
- Remaining customer focused at all times and being aware of the needs of the customer.
- Demonstrating the ability to remain calm in stressful/difficult situations and remaining polite and courteous at all times.

**Operational**
- To collect supplies from General Stores.
- To receive and store direct deliveries.
- To prepare and issue Housekeeping supplies to all floors.
- To coordinate the repair of cleaning equipment’s including chemical dispensers.
- To record all cleaning equipment’s sent out for repair and to prepare the corresponding gate pass.
- To dispose retired cleaning equipment’s.
- To coordinate furniture repairs with Engineering and Team Leaders.
- Demonstrating flexibility in any changes to work duties or hours.
- Collaboratively working with colleague
