**InterContinental Dubai Marina** is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

- Warmly greeting guests and assisting them with their needs at the pool.
- Enforcing pool rules and safety guidelines to ensure a secure and enjoyable environment for all guests.
- Performing regular checks of pool water quality and promptly reporting any maintenance issues.
- Distributing towels, amenities, and refreshments to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Providing information about pool hours, services, and activities.
- Collaborating with the lifeguard team to respond swiftly to any safety-related incidents.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the pool deck and surrounding areas, upholding our brand standards.

What we need from you:

- Proven experience of 2 years in a hotel environment, preferably in a similar role.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work harmoniously with a multi-national team.
- Physical fitness for outdoor work, including lifting and moving pool equipment.
