We are looking for Personal Assistant.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
1. Leasing and Tenant Relations:

- Address tenant complaints and maintenance requests.

2. Property Maintenance and Security:

- Plan and execute property maintenance.
- Ensure security measures are in place and maintained.

3. Financial Management:

- Track rental fees and expenses.
- Budgeting and financial reporting.

4. Legal Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with relevant local, state, or national laws and regulations.

5. Property Development:

- Manage development projects to enhance property value.

6. Communication and Collaboration:

- Effective communication with property owners, tenants, and other relevant parties.
- Ability to work collaboratively.

7. Time Management:

- Organize and keep track of appointments.
- Manage employer's schedule.

8. Travel Arrangements:

- Create travel plans and make reservations.

9. Meeting Work and Personal Needs:

- Fulfill employer's work and personal needs, such as ordering office supplies or personal shopping.

10. Management of Documents:

- Organize and store documents.

11. Communication and Collaboration:

- Manage employer's communication and collaborate effectively.

Personal Assistant Requirements:

- Specialized requirements may vary depending on the employer's needs, so attention should be paid to specific job expectations.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Communication skills and respect for privacy.
- Proficiency in office software and communication tools.
- Self-discipline and reliability.

Previous experience as a personal assistant, if required by the employer.
- At least a bachelor's degree, preferably in business or property management.
- Experience in property management or a related field.
- Knowledge of legal regulations.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software.

Most Important Requirements:

- Lived in Dubai for a long time and has a driver's license, has worked with Emaar and other large companies before, is experienced in Microsoft Excel and Mail management and must be female.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
