**Travel and Holidays Consultant.**

**It’s a customer facing fulfilment and service delivery centric role for a travel management company.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reservation and ticketing through GDS, and various airlines portal.
- Designing of itineraries, and liaison with OTAs, Tour Operator, DMCS and Ground Handlers.
- Processing of Travel Related Services (TRS) Reservation through system and manually.
- Closing of sale, upselling, cross selling and switch selling.
- Communication with the customers both written and verbal, customer engagement.
- Communication with the suppliers both written and verbal.
- Abide and adhere with the given process.

**Core Competencies**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well versed with various GDS Systems, Online Booking Tools of OTAs, basic PC skills.
- Strong commercial sense and ability to conclude the business.
- Flexible towards working days and working hours.

**Qualifications**: Graduate in Business or Tourism

**Experience**: 2-3 Experience of UAE/ Gulf with travel company, tour operator, holiday company.

**Languages**:Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
