Are you a Commercial Manager based in the Gulf with a track record within High End Interiors & Joinery ? You will be joining a very strong employer with a history in the UAE.

**Description**:
Commercial Manager based in DXB ? Do you have experience of managing the commercial profitability of a Joinery Factory & Multiple Projects You will be joining one of the most reputable UAE Employers. Great staff retention, strong cash flow and global coverage

**Reporting into the Commercial Director you will be able to take full commercial & contractual responsibility for the division.**

Do you have a track record in the Gulf working for a reputable Tier 1 Joinery & Interiors Business ? This employer has over 30 Years in the Region handling Palaces, Leisure, Commercial, High End Residential & 5* Hotels.

**Typical commercial & contracts duties**:

- Management of a team of Seniors and Intermediate Surveyors
- Sub Contract management
- Tender Analysis
- Managing forecasts & cash flow
- Contractual correspondence with the client
- Working side by side with the Factory Manager & Operations Manager

**Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience**
- FIDIC Contract Experience Desired
- Degree Quantity Surveying - Western Educated
- MRICS
- Have excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- COINS Experience
- Must be currently based in the GCC and able to attend face to face interviews
