**Position Overview**:
As a Business Setup Consultant, you will be an integral part of our team, assisting clients in navigating the complexities of setting up businesses in Dubai and across various jurisdictions in the UAE. You will leverage your expertise and knowledge of free zones, mainland, and offshore company formations to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our diverse clientele. Dubai experience is mandatory for this role, as you will be providing specialized advice and guidance on business setup processes in the city.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation and Advisory**:

- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their business objectives, requirements, and preferences for company setup in Dubai and other UAE jurisdictions.
- Provide expert guidance and advisory on the most suitable business structures, including free zone companies, mainland entities, and offshore formations, based on clients' specific needs and industry requirements.
- Advise clients on legal, regulatory, and licensing requirements, as well as benefits and limitations associated with different company formation options.
- **Company Formation and Licensing**:

- Manage end-to-end company formation processes, from initial planning and documentation to final registration and licensing, ensuring compliance with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Liaise with government agencies, free zone authorities, and other stakeholders to expedite company setup procedures and obtain necessary permits, visas, and approvals on behalf of clients.
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and administrative teams to streamline company formation processes and deliver timely solutions to clients.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and changes in regulations related to company formation and business setup in Dubai and the UAE.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and competitive landscapes for different business sectors and industries.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market intelligence and industry best practices to support informed decision-making.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, government authorities, and industry stakeholders in Dubai and across the UAE.
- Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support throughout the company setup process.
- Cultivate a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and excellence to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a business setup consultant or advisor in Dubai, with a strong understanding of free zones, mainland, and offshore company formation processes.
- Extensive knowledge of Dubai business laws, regulations, and licensing requirements, with hands-on experience in dealing with government agencies and authorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in business setup software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
