**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Reception**: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- **Phone Management**: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- **Reception Area Management**: Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable, with all necessary stationery, brochures, and materials readily available.
- **Scheduling & Calendar Management**: Update calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for staff and management.
- **Clerical Support**: Perform other clerical duties as needed, including filing, photocopying, and assisting with administrative tasks.
- **Visitor Log**: Maintain an accurate visitor log and ensure visitors are signed in and escorted as necessary.
- **Support Team**: Provide administrative support to other departments and assist with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing administrative role, ideally within the UAE.
- **Educational Qualifications**: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- **Professional Demeanor**: Polite, professional, and approachable attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office**: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office equipment (photocopiers, fax machines, etc.).
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling scheduling and clerical tasks.
- **UAE Experience**: Previous experience working in the UAE market is preferred.
