**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential clients within the healthcare industry
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Understand client recruitment needs and offer tailored solutions
- Generate and qualify leads, following up on sales opportunities
- Negotiate and finalize contracts to achieve sales targets
- Stay informed of market trends and industry changes
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to enhance visibility

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, ideally within the healthcare sector
- Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Demonstrated relationship-building and networking skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team
