**Position Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Consultation**:

- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their immigration goals, challenges, and eligibility.
- Explain the immigration options available and provide tailored guidance on appropriate pathways (e.g., work visas, permanent residency, student visas).
- **Document Preparation and Submission**:

- Ensure completeness and accuracy of supporting documents, such as identity verification, employment records, financial documents, and personal statements.
- **Legal Compliance**:

- Keep updated on immigration laws, policies, and regulatory changes.
- **Case Management**:

- Manage and monitor client cases from start to finish, including tracking progress, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- **Communication with Authorities**:

- Act as a liaison between clients and immigration authorities.
- Respond to inquiries from immigration departments and advocate for the client’s interests as needed.
- **Client Education**:

- Educate clients on rights, obligations, and available resources throughout the immigration process.
- Provide information on settlement and integration resources, such as language classes, job training, and housing support.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- Prepare reports as needed, and ensure secure handling of sensitive information in compliance with data privacy standards.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree (in law, political science, or related field preferred); specialized training or certification in immigration consulting.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in immigration, legal consulting, or customer service is beneficial.
- **Licensure/Certification**: Certified or licensed to practice as an immigration consultant (where applicable).

**Skills**:

- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and liaison with government bodies.
- **Analytical Ability**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess cases and identify appropriate immigration options.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous in reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- **Organization**: Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and adhere to strict timelines.
- **Cultural Sensitivity**: Comfortable working with clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Working Conditions:

- **Location**: Office-based or remote with occasional meetings at government agencies or consulates.
