**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement CRYPTO trade strategies and ideas in conjunction with the team.
- Develop high-frequency trading solutions.
- Create data analysis tools.
- Prioritize projects and tasks in line with strategic objectives.
- Monitor trading activities and risk profiles, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced degree from a leading university in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related fields.
- Substantial experience as a trader and a proven track record as a leader in quantitative finance.
- Proficiency in English, adequate for communication with stakeholders.
- Experience in the HF prop traders or in CRYPTO hedge funds.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Demonstrated experience in building and leading successful trading teams.
- Proficiency in Python and experience in developing research scripts.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) principles.
- Experience in option trading and building trading robots.

**Benefits**:
A competitive salary package will be offered, commensurate with experience and skills. A regular full-time contract will be offered with a bonus structure.

Location - Dubai, UAE full-time.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
