Requirements:

- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, or Java.
- Expertise in digital asset markets, trading infrastructure, and order execution.
- A strong understanding of risk metrics, statistical analysis, and market microstructure.
- Experience integrating third-party trading platforms into proprietary systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
