We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Upholstery Attendant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Upholstery Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing upholstery items, ensuring they are clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect upholstery items, including furniture, cushions, and draperies, to assess their condition and identify any damages or defects.
- Clean upholstery items using appropriate cleaning agents, equipment, and techniques to remove stains, dirt, and odors.
- Repair damaged upholstery items by sewing, patching, or replacing fabric, padding, or stuffing as needed.
- Restretch and reattach upholstery fabric to furniture frames, ensuring a smooth and wrinkle-free finish.
- Operate and maintain upholstery cleaning equipment, such as steam cleaners, vacuums, and upholstery brushes.
- Coordinate with other departments or external vendors to handle specialized cleaning or repair services as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the upholstery workshop, including organizing tools, materials, and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels of upholstery materials, tools, and supplies and request replenishment as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines for handling chemicals, equipment, and upholstery items.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards for upholstery maintenance and repair.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an Upholsterer, Upholstery Technician, or similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in upholstery techniques, including sewing, patching, and reupholstering.
- Knowledge of upholstery fabrics, materials, and cleaning methods.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot upholstery issues.
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform upholstery tasks.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic understanding of safety practices and procedures.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE.
