**About the Role**

Key Responsibilities
- Attend to a large volume of inbound leads, understand client inquiries and propose the best packages/services in a personalized and timely manner
- Propose the best wedding packages based on clients’ needs
- Professionally conduct routine telemarketing activities to identify new clients
- Build long-term relationships with all current and potential clients
- Prepare and submit regular sales plans and market analyses and reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and other goals set with their manager
- Promote the company and its services to various channels including online and onsite events

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of sales experience in a wedding or events company
- Proven experience and achievements as a sales professional in the events, tourism, or hospitality fields
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tools
- Prior experience working in related fields in the UAE or GCC markets
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Immediate availability to join

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
