Showroom Sales Consultant

As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for the below:

- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Welcome & greet all customers in a warm and friendly manner/attitude.
- Establish solid relationships with customers, cross/upsell and deliver excellent product awareness.
- Provide the customers with accurate information about product features and pricing.
- Explain to the customers delivery, payment, installation, and demonstration procedures.
- Prepare quotations.
- Prepare monthly sales reports.
- Responsible for analyzing stock management information available to ensure sales opportunities are maximized.
- Ensure proper display and visual merchandising standards according to communicated guidelines at all times.
- Ensure the showroom is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Highlight the features and benefits of all products to customers including technical terms.
- Make sure all the daily collections, receipts, and other documents are all checked and up to date.
- Update daily customer database report.
- Update daily sales report of the showroom.
- Qualifications:_
- 3-5 years previous experience working within luxury retail
- Language: English, Russian
- Passionate to achieve results and grow sales
- Ability to influence and persuade in order to achieve goals
- Excellent interpersonal skills

**Experience**:

- luxury retail: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Russian (required)
