KEY ROLES
- Establishing performance goals for direct-to-consumer business, all E-com platforms website and digital channels.

- Assist the website and digital marketing team.

- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Analyze all new online business opportunities and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Assist with the preparation of annual budget, scheduling of expenditures & controlling of costs, analysis of variances and initiate corrective action.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Prepare the list of fast-moving products and ensure their availability.
- Handle customer enquiries/complaints through online customer support chat(online chat).
- Receive the order from customers through phone and place it on the system.
- Monitor the out-of-stock reports and communicate it to the concerned department.
- Supervise everyday working of department operating process and identify ways to improve efficiency.
- Analyze and identify all performance related issues and ensure appropriate steps are taken to prevent loss of business/revenue.
- Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information on daily basis
- . Keep track of daily orders with a view to quickly fulfill and dispatch orders.
- Managing day to day operations like order processing, invoicing, inventory control, stock transfers and prepare orders.
- Maintaining accuracy of inventory listed online.
- Hunt for new opportunities by finding and winning new accounts and expanding relationships with the most well-known brand suppliers.
- Online Catalogue Management including title, descriptions and images.
- Develop and manage timely and proactive response and/or processes with customer service issues/ enquiries.
- Generation and analysis of key sales reports in order to gain insight on product performance, identify potential sale improvement areas, etc
- Provide strategic account management ensuring products & solutions support driving short-term and long-term customer business objectives.
- Develop and execute account strategies
- Any other relevant task as assigned.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
- Must be fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Experience in Word press etc..
- Up-to-date with the latest digital trends, especially ones related to e-commerce capabilities
- Content writing capabilities is preferred.
- Experience in coordinating internal and external service providers
- Ability to effectively prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to take own initiatives and work independently on assigned tasks with little guidance as well as accept direction on given assignments
- Profound analytical skills and ability to work with details; Microsoft Excel is essential
