**Job Description**:

- Manages project tasks, timelines, and deliverables; anticipates project risk and constraints and proactively works on solutions to address the risk/constraints.
- Manages and mentors junior analysts, contributing to their technical and career development.
- Guides and assists with data aggregation, preparation, and analysis as it relates to assessment and roadmap development/execution.
- Production of client-facing deliverables.
- Liaises between client work team and internal work team and executives.
- Trains, evaluates and Improves internal templates, tools, and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Analytics, Marketing).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in data strategy, analytics, or related roles within the media or advertising industry.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DMPs).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with statistical analysis, segmentation, and media attribution models.
- Understanding of media planning and buying processes.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
