- Forecast, plan and distribute projects to the production team._
- Assist the team with reporting requirements and business cases._
- Maintain production and accuracy as defined by the Client/ Management_
- Attend and respond to internal and external queries._
- Monitor and maintain KPI’s._
- Liaise between client, Management and Operations team._

**_ Job Requirements_**:

- Experience working for Healthcare Revenue Cycle (Minimum 6 to 7 years of working experience expecting)_
- or_
- Equal capacity in other BPO sectors (international Clientele only)_
- Sound education background(Bachelor’s degree in business management/ administration)_
- or equal qualifications_
- Exceptional communication (English) skills both written and oral_
- High proficiency in Microsoft Products, especially in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook_
