- Key Responsibilities:_
- **Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals**_
- and revenue targets._
- **Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels,**_
- including online marketing, social media, industry events, and direct sales efforts._
- **Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor**_
- activities, and customer needs._
- **Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to**_
- prospective clients._
- **Provide technical explanations and support to clients, ensuring they understand the**_
- benefits and specifications of our solar products and services._
- **Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to**_
- encourage repeat business and referrals._
- **Manage and create content for the company's website and social media platforms,**_
- including daily posts, updates, and engagement with followers._
- **Collaborate with the technical team to stay informed about product updates,**_
- installation processes, and technological advancements._
- **Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and**_
- social media posts._
- **Track and report on sales performance, marketing campaign results, and customer**_
- feedback._
- **Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote**_
- our brand and generate leads._
- **Visit clients on-site to provide personalized consultations and assess their energy**_
- needs._
- Qualifications:_
- **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.**
- **Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the renewable energy**
- **sector.**_
- **Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain solar power**
- **systems and related technology.**_
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**
- **Proficient in online marketing tools and techniques, including social media**
- management, SEO, and content creation._
- **Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales**
- targets._
- **Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.**
- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**
- **Willingness to travel as required.**
- Preferred Qualifications:_
- **Previous experience in the solar power industry.**
- **Knowledge of local, state, and federal incentives for solar power adoption.**
- **Certification in sales or marketing.**
- **Proven experience in solar energy sales, **with a demonstrated track record of
- achieving sales targets. ( Experience minimum 5 years in relevant field as a sales)._
- **In-depth knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems and related technologies.**
- **Ability to conduct site assessments, understand technical specifications, and provide**_
- accurate quotations._
- **Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and**_
- stakeholders at all levels._
- **Valid UAE driving license**_
