**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties that meet clients' needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on properties, including pricing, features, amenities, and market trends.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings with clients and provide expert guidance and advice during the process.
- Evaluate and compare properties to help clients make informed decisions.
- Negotiate and draft purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and any necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Maintain a database of properties, client information, and transactions.
- Stay updated on the local real estate market, industry trends, and legal regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Attend networking events and actively seek opportunities to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as mortgage brokers, lawyers, and property developers, to facilitate smooth transactions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- **Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar sales role.**:

- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure favorable deals for clients.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Familiarity with property valuation techniques and financial analysis (preferred).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and attend property viewings as required.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for the real estate industry.

**Preferred Language**: English, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or multilanguage

**Minimum experience**: 1 year minimum experience in Real Estate property consultant
