Introduction:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Technology Expert with a passion for recipe development to join our dynamic team. If you have a deep understanding of the food industry and a proven track record of creating innovative and commercially successful recipes, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create new recipes for our company's food products, considering factors such as taste, nutrition, cost, and production efficiency.
- Conduct thorough research on market trends, consumer preferences, and industry developments to inform recipe development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful implementation of new recipes.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and make necessary adjustments to recipes to achieve desired flavor, texture, and visual appeal.
- Optimize recipes for large-scale production while maintaining quality standards and cost-effectiveness.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and innovations in the field of food technology and incorporate them into recipe development processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recipe development within the food industry, preferably in a commercial setting.
- In-depth knowledge of food chemistry, ingredient functionality, and formulation techniques.

Strong understanding of food safety regulations, quality standards, and manufacturing processes.

Excellent culinary skills and a keen sense of taste and flavor combinations.

Proficiency in using recipe development software and tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a cross-functional team environment.
