We are looking for a responsible and self-motivated real estate property consultant to join our team.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professionalism at all times
- Evaluating properties and providing clients with advice on investment opportunities
- Representing clients in property negotiations and ensuring that they get the best possible deal.
- Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale.
- Develop and implement strategies effective in increasing the value of a property.
- Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government housing and property laws and policies.
- Evaluate the objectives of an investor to identify their needs and requirements.
- Building strong relationships with the team and collaborating efficiently
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the others.
- Setting the selling strategies and marketing tools for the business.
- Meeting and visiting developers.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year Real Estate experience
- Proven track record of closing deals.
- Ability to work independently with little management involvement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability.

**Experience**:

- Real Estate: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Fluent in Russian (preferred)
- Fluent in Chinese (preferred)
- Fluent in Hindi (preferred)
