Receptionist and Admin Assistant

**Role Summary**:
The Receptionist and Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in providing support and assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.
**Position Location**: Motorcity - Dubai, UAE
**Business Industry**:Education
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and visitors.
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about tutoring services and programs.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the tutoring center staff. This may include photocopying, filing, organizing documents, and data entry.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when needed.
- Assist with record-keeping and generating reports as needed.
**Education and Experience**:
- Diploma in a related field
- 2-3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service, Front Office or other similar role.
**Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personality Attributes**:
- Strong knowledge in Receptionist and Admin work.
- Thorough knowledge in Office Etiquette.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and self-organized.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Multitasking capability.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must.
- Good Computer Skills
